Have you ever wondered if the stories of tax sale houses for pennies on the dollar are true?

Yes they are. Ok they don’t happen often but they do happen. I know it is true because I have done them myself. I bought a tax lien for $805.19. I foreclosed on that property and found it was a newly renovated property listed for $149K! I have had many home run deals from tax sale over the years and you can too.

Sure Ned you are an expert but can I do it?

Absolutely. I mentored a new investor who bought one tax lien. She paid $1000 for it. She foreclosed on the lien and sold the property for a net $6000 profit. That is a 600% return. This is not an isolated example. You can invest in tax liens too. I have helped many people in this business learn tax lien investing. In fact attorneys and hedge funds have come to me for help with their investing.

Can I really invest with little money?

You have already read about two deals that were done for $1,000 or less. I also bought a lien for $471.80. I was able to foreclose on the property. The original owner wanted to keep the property so we worked out a deal to dismiss our foreclosure and let him keep his property. My net profit $1,968.37. Another tiny lien deal was a $332.27 tax lien. That one lead to a $4151.07 profit.
